You don’t need to spend a lot of money on an expensive gym membership, or on expensive home gym equipment, in order to feel the burn and work every single muscle group in your body. By following the zero equipment exercises below, you can start a fun and effective workout routine right at home, get the results you’re after, and save money in the process.

Work Your Back Muscles with Prone Cobra

A popular yoga pose, prone cobra is a great way to work all of the muscles along the spine, while also lengthening and stretching the abdominals. Start by lying down on your stomach. Spread your arms out to the sides with the palms facing down. Then start using all of your back muscles to lift your legs off the floor as high as you can. At the same time, start raising your chest and arms off the ground until you are balancing on your stomach and pelvic area. Keep the neck neutral and hold for as long as you can.

Work Your Arms with Classic Push-Ups

A basic push-up can do wonders at working your chest, your arms, and your shoulders. Make sure you keep the neck in a neutral position and come down until your elbows are bent at a 90° angle.

Work Everything with Forearm Plank

Forearm plank is one of the most popular zero equipment exercises, as it is a great total-body workout because you really need to engage every muscle, from your legs and your butt, to your back, abs, and arms. Hold forearm plank for as long as you can, making sure your body is in one line and your neck is in a neutral position.

Work Your Core with Crunches

A variety of crunches can work every area of your abdominal region. Do classic crunches to work the upper abs, then incorporate lifting your legs with your knees bent until they’re at a 90° angle with your hips in order to engage the lower abs. To target the obliques, lift into a crunch but turn to one side and then the other, attempting to bring each elbow to the opposite knee.

These are just a few of the many zero equipment exercises that you can incorporate into your fitness routine in order to slim down and shape up. Remember that you can also take high quality weight management products like FenFast 375 in order to make it easier to shed excess pounds and look great.
