The first option that you can go with is a wrap. These can take just a few minutes to fill up and you can take them on the go. Fill in anything that you will like. Just keep a few tortillas in the fridge and then add what you would like. Some people like to add a lot of vegetables with a sauce and go. Some grilled chicken and cheese tastes great as well. You can even throw on a bit of peanut butter and jelly and have a new twist on your old favorite.

Salads are a great way to fill you up in no time and also get in all the protein, and fruits and vegetables and some fruits. Start out with a base of some greens that you like; kale is a great option if you want to have a ton of nutrients. Add in some grilled chicken or fish for protein and some peppers, green beans, and tomatoes. Dried fruits work well if you need to add in some of these nutrients to your meal. End off with some nuts and a small tablespoon of cheese and you have matched all of your food groups without a lot of calories.

If you are running short on time and you want to stay on the weight loss track, you should just pack up some leftovers. As long as you have been good with your dinners and keep them healthy, this can be a viable option that will keep you healthy for lunch. Pack up a small serving and eat up while you are at work.
