Basically, when you go on this diet, you will be drinking a mix of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water, so you can imagine the dangerous nutrient deficiencies that are possible. Also, because it is so low in calories, you could quickly reduce your metabolism and cause the loss of muscle.
