The easiest ways to keep the weight off during summer vacation, or any other non-routine time for that matter, is to stick to a set of simple rules. The following will help you keep off those pounds during your time off, without feeling like you can’t live it up!
To vacation without weight gain practice…
1. Moderation in All Things – Keep the treats limited to a single item each day and stick with just one serving. There is so much fun to be had while on break, so you won’t feel deprived of anything, especially if you pack FENFAST 375 to accompany your trip.

You can also hop on a stationary bike for a mobile gaming session, completely guilt-free.
